First let me say i started playing wow since 2004. And yes i am opposed to dual spec, boost… and stuff that makes things easiers, Burning Crusade was known for us as the hardest xpac, running H SH even with SCC gear wasnt a cake walk.
But anyway this is not 2008 anymore, and WoW is not what is was back then, when every server was FULL, now most servers are half full, BOTS are way better now than they were before, and WoW has some competition.
My suggestions are (due to not being able to find dungeons groups, terocones, lack of arena participation and so on)
1.- remove Revered reputation for heroics, make it honored like it was when Sunwell was released.
2.- Add the system you have for herbs and mining to the game, where many players can gather the same nod
3.- Increase Arena / honor points signifcantly
4.- Remove bots faster… like really NOW!
5.- Enable X server group finder for low population realms
6.- DO not add dual spec! loot will become a mess…
7.- Remove some Elites from quests, make them regular mobs … its almost impossible to find groups to complete them - again, this is not 2008/9, servers are NOT full, players rushed to raiding and now, as of october 2021 leveling players are very few.
Hope you do something to address this issues, again, i dont want you to make the game any easier, but times have changed and you DO have a low population problem.
Some of the changes are good. It’s not like OG game from what I read, but it’s acceptable because WOW no longer has millions of players. We need to make it a bit more accessible to keep people’s interests.
When people make requests like this, I really wish a Blue poster would drop by to just something like, “Yeah, we’ll totally move faster. Sorry we didn’t think of that before. Clearly that’s what the problem was.”
