Blizzard please implement priority queues

for at least the lobbies that have someone leave before the first round even starts (or before the first round finishes ideally).

This happens way too often, whether it be due to dc, game failing to load, intentional griefing and/or or maybe someone just says “F this lobby” when they see that their spec is heavily unfavored for the given lobby composition (e.g., to preserve their mmr?), and it really freaking sucks to have already wasted 20-30 minutes of one’s life waiting for a queue to pop + load, just to be returned to another 20-30 minute queue with literally nothing to show for it (not even a single round played).

I can understand not giving a priority queue for someone that leaves at some point after round 1 has finished (and hey, at least they got to play 1 complete round), but come on, the fact that you guys haven’t addressed this is unacceptable.

I play Ymir in the background.

This is a good idea, but I bet it would be too hard for blizzard to implement. Remember last season when Feral got some weird buff after a reset and they had to patch it up? Asking Blizzard to do their job without breaking everything in their path at the same time xD

maybe im mistaken but i have been getting 1 minute ques after a leaver in solo for months so i thought this was already in. i noticed i only get priority if there is a “player has abandoned the match” notice in the chat. if someone fails to load in or does something that gives no abandoned match message (happens) i wait a full que

I’ve maybe once that I can remember had a fairly fast queue after missing a queue (e.g., not loading in), which was a relief, but I’m probably at 1-2 dozen times now of getting loaded into a lobby, lobby either fails to load everyone, or loads everyone but then someone leaves/dcs for whatever reason, and then back to 20+ minute queue.

One odd thing I’ve noticed (this is probably bias), but I swear it feels like whenever I get an abnormally fast queue as a dps, I end up in the most horrible possible lobby composition for my spec that I can imagine [e.g., queued on ele recently, instant pop, loaded in, lobby was double dh, ret, double priest healers].

That was probably just coincidence though idk.
