Blizzard please, hear the community - Evokers want a glyph to perma be human. Add it in 10.1 plz

My character is actually a high elf who became a Dragonsworn. He can turn into a dragon/humanoid hybrid when using certain spells. So in my head, his natural form is high elf and the Dracthyr form is more like a magical Hulk transformation.

I’m not a fan of the “Dracthyr are Neltharion’s creations” origin story, either. So this makes it all more engaging for me lol

We do definitely need a glyph to remain in visage during the bulk of combat. It’s sorta a necessity. Beyond even the fantasy of being an evoker, the gameplay itself is entertaining. We should be given access to a glyph to make all spells /possible/ to be usable in visage during combat. Exceptions being fire breath, deep breath, and the time spent hovering. Disintegrate could use the channel animation for arcane missiles, pyre could use shadow crash’s animation. Make it so after hovering/deep breath/fire breath you automatically revert to the visage w/o incurring gcd.

Other nice glyphs would be colorations for disintegrate/pyre/reversion. Not nearly /as/ important as combat in visage or mog within the dracthyr forms, but we should definitely be able to use visage during combat. It’s the most customizable race in the game, let people actually show that off.

Also, if they’re not going to make mog functional in the full dracthyr form, at least add in more armor colorations so I can actually use this season’s elite set rather than be forced into being some nudist or something.

I want a glyph to be tauren. Or anything not a duck lip elf or human actually.

And transmog on my evoker.

And the ability to stay as visage form in combat if I can’t transmog. But again only if I can be something other then the horror show that is Dr. Frankfurter Rocky horror picture show face.

You get perma Visage Form, then I get an option to completely turn off Shadow Form and Moonkin Form on Shadow Priest and Druid… and no I don’t mean Glyph of Shadow and Stars. You can still see those effects that overtake your character.

(People really hate when I ask for an option to turn off Moonkin Form.) More cosmetic player choices Blizzard please and thank you. Just make it so we can go to the class trainer and ask for them to turn them off for players that don’t want them. I don’t even care if they still force us to use the spell. Instead of a form, it would be more like a stance— like Paladin Devotion Aura or something.

Visage are racials… there are no racial glyphs…

So are tail swipe and wing buffet, but those racials have talents to change them. Evokers are pretty clearly a special case in that regard.

Dracthyr will not get more Transmog options, if they would then they would have released them that way. A big tell is that they tried to compensate with barber shop basic armor. Do you really think that they will try to fix almost 20 years worth of armor on a new never before used model? They have future expansion to worry about.

Permanent visage form is the best band aid to this experimental race. (Oh and Classic Flying form as well… Dragons have wings too, not just Druids)

This doesnt even make sense though. Imagine a human doing a plank in mid air flying across to use dragon breath. Like what. And what about disintegrate? A kamekameha animation for human? You dont know what we want. We want better customization for dracthyr.

At least we turn to dragon form only for dragon spells and attacks (like breath & wing buffet). Otherwise the default form would be visage, if you get what I mean. Kind of like demon hunter eye beam.

There is no way that they will add transmog armor for Dracthyr. The most that you could ask is barber shop armor options but that’s it. The model isn’t compatible with anything other than shoulders and belt.

But at that point youll be looking like a dracthyr most of the time. Consider hover. Thats a crucial abiltity that you would constantly use because of the mid range problem. I am always using hover.

I can just tell you have blue hair irl

That’s a really good point, we’ll still be shifting into dragon form most of the time. It will be similar to Druids, they have to switch forms to use certain abilities as well.

It’s a shame that Dracthyr will never have the option of a full transmog. In all future expansions to come, we’ll be stuck with Dragonflight barber shop armor forever.

Personally, I think Bliz just needs to make it so dragon ppl can transmog, I think adding something like this will give them a lazy excuse to not do it, but that’s just my take. I would be more okay if they made dragon ppl mogable first THEN added said glyph.

I agree with that as well. The only reason I’m advocating for Visage glyph is because it doesn’t seem like the Dracthry model will be compatible with armor, which is really sad. I hope that they do find a way for both options to be available like you mentioned. A lot of us will be very happy.

I think it can make sense to be in visage form the whole time, it’s an illusion. That said we’re a dragon type race, would you be playing this class/race if there was only dragon form?

yo so shooting disintegrates out a human mouth?

Or would it have a diff animation such as a blue mind flay? (like out the palm of one hand)…

side note, since we aren’t druids nor an extremely popular class don’t count on getting much in the looks dept.

shooting disintegrates out a human form month would be awesome, just imagine it><

With the atomic recalibrator toy you can play Dracthyr in many appearances.

As Vulpera the animations fit well and it looks cute.

The dragon form is the whole point for me. I want customization to be expanded on that front. I play a dragon class to play as a dragon. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I legitimately don’t understand why anyone would want to play as a dragon but not play as a dragon.

Wish we’d have a glyph that allowed us to appear hovering all the time.

Dracthyr run animation is still horrible.
