Please connect some realms. At this juncture, the free transfers have congregated the masses onto a select few servers, but there’s an opportunity to breathe life into others. For example, Sulfuras US East (my server), has roughly 4000 players currently raiding and has received a boost thanks to the free transfers. Earthfury US East is showing roughly 2500 active raiders. Connecting the two would breathe life into both servers and create a strong medium sized server. Two other options that spring to mind would be Ashkandi and Windseeker (US EAST PVE) and Azuresong, Myzrael, and Old Blanchy (US WEST PVE). Arugal and Yojamba (US OCEANIC PVP) perhaps too. Blizzard, I beg you to consider this. I don’t think I am alone in telling you that Sulfuras is where I will stay. The majority of people, at least on Sulfuras, would rejoice in getting an influx of 2500 more people to the server. I sincerely doubt that the majority would complain about seeing Ispycowards-Sulfuras and Ispycowards-Earthfury tagged to their name. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider this. I encourage anyone on Earthfury or Sulfuras to chime in with their thoughts. Thank you for the time and attention.
My realm doesn’t even have 2500 horde. Connect us on there too. Classic was connected, so why can’t crusade be connected? Don’t wait until after 99% leave for next game to do it.
If they were to connect Ashkandi and your server, Windseeker, then that would create a pretty nice balanced midpop server with 3800 Horde and 3200 Alliance. I agree with what you said about SOM Classic connected realms and not waiting until it’s too late.
This is what I’d like. It’s clear that the majority of players don’t particularly care about servers. They just want to be able to log on and get stuff done.
