I want to see a dedicated pvp balance team. Actual Gladiator players that know the meta better than Blizzard. You’d need a good mix of classes to ensure thoughts are heard from most comps/classes. They wouldn’t necessarily tell Blizzard the numbers to nerf, but do testing and make suggestions.
every idiot sub player thinks they’re fine and the only issue is warrior LOL PLAY BETTER !11!
and every idiot warrior player thinks they’re fine and the issue is sub and that kiting them hard counters them !1!1
and every idiot ret player thinks they have no mobility utility or control so it makes sense that they las vegas you for 40k with 1 global and have 19 offensive cooldowns and better hps than hpals
all of these can be rank 1 players and they’ll still think these things
stuff that matters. some specs are deleting people meanwhile I think i’ve never seen an assassination, fury, demonology, destro, survival, BM and holy priest.
Hunters are not even OP? Look at the current arena leaderboards lmao, there is barely any hunters, and especially in 2s (which no one cares about). You are delusional if they need to be nerfed.
adel is playing assassination and 1 shotting people for 20k envenoms btw
q’d into him and watched my hpal dissapear but it’s pretty telegraphed all cds kyrian ability vanish then envenom kind of my hpals own fault for not bubbling.
–At the Activision round table discussing possible borrowed power mechanics–
Jim takes a huge boong rip and tilts back in his corporate office chair
Jim: Guys… remember how rogues could use Cold Blood to get a big guaranteed crit on players in Vanilla WoW?.. what if when rogues started attacking a target… all of their auto attacks, special attacks, and on use trinkets got the same Cold Blood 100% crit effect? That sounds wicked sick haha.
–Activision round table erupts with cheers and all start chanting “ROGUES, TO THE TOP!”–
I would agree with weekly balancing if the game had a one off format like league or something where all the powers or whatever you acquire go away after each individual game
but wow is not that. It’s a much longer format. It can take weeks/months to properly prepare and gear a character. who would put in the work to really min/max or optimize their character if it all could just go away in an instant every week?
they could do weekly balancing if they had templates at the same time. but with the current way the game works weekly would be terrible
