Think we all need tinkers in the game.
Hunters was always nature of man and beast vs the wild.
Tinkers is all about the boom bullets and bombs.
I want to play Rocket Racoon in wow. I want to be Gazlowe as a wow class, the hero units in W3 as a class. I want a tony stark class.
A flat damage increase is not the same thing as a couple of things that the bird gives you. It maybe that the bird helps with damage but it’s not a flat increase, which is what lone wolf did. Now unless you want to tell me that the bird, unbeknownst to me and totally unexplained in everything I read, ALSO is a flat damage boost on top of what it does with some proof I will see where the miscommunication is, but it just looks like people that damage will be totally equivalent.
No, we want a class based on the WC3 hero that was called Tinker.
Just like the WC3 hero called Death Knight.
Just like the WC3 hero called Demon Hunter.
Just like the WC3 hero called Brewmaster.

Have you seen the gameplay? Because the bird literally isn’t there until RNG spawns it for one swoop. Even the “Lust” of it is literally just a bird icon over you and you getting your haste. Your bird isn’t there.
It might as well be a PNG icon on your toolbar.

The bird is just there to reorient the spec to nature. That eagle stuff is there so that there’s no way for you to pretend that you’re a goblin or gnome gunner based in machinery and industrialization.
Oh, I’ve seen it. The bird is there as an RNG proc. It isn’t really “there”. It is very half a$$ed just to keep the hunter theme going.
Bascially, I see more procs from bombardment with better visuals on my scalecommander than you see the falcon on MM hunters.
So what was tinker about? Range dps,melee or tank?
