Well Tinkers have been a staple in warcraft lore for a long time. But yeah, there are many ways to see how they would play. Hero of the storm is the best bet to see them in action in a modern way.

Ignore the murder of crows ability when used. That is the one with all the crows attack, that isn’t the falcon. Look at what the falcon does and tell me if it really feels like a real pet or just a ability that procs here and there.
I will watch some videos i guess to get reference. Another range class would be nice.
In WC3 they shot missiles, dropped a mini factory that pumped out robots that attacked targets, and turned into a mech.
In HotS they dropped turrets, launched a timed bomb, shot a laser, launched a gravity bomb, and had a mech that could increase damage and armor.
Put all that together and you can do quite a bit.
They have been on and off about that idea for a long while now. I highly doubt it is going to happen. Rather just have a 4th spec of rogue that cannot stealth and that can use 1h guns or 2h guns.

Can also look at the siren isles and the goblin stuff you get to play with. A lot of the abilites can be translated into a tinker class. Ballet of bullets, the nuke, flamethrower. You got energy shield.
It is all there just waiting to be made into a class.
I think i got basic idea of it. Sounds interesting, it may happen in future maybe goblin themed patch is prelude .
Why not? We already have enchanting and skinning as classes.
I assume for “enchanting” class you are referring to augvokers. What is "skinning “class”?
And i was not saying yay or nay for it, just said what it sounded a tinker would be to poster i was replying to.
No one else thinks it’s strange that they reoriented MM Hunter to be more nature-based and pet based at the same time they’re introducing Brann in a Delve “tanking” with a gun and a shield?
Some would even go so far to say hunter tanking spec confirmed ?

Blizzard needs to create a new gun * class with no pets
and itll be Tinker
why else would they lean Hunter farther away from gunner fantasy and more to archer/wildman/beast companionship fantasy

Dark Ranger should have been a class, not a skin. And now just kinda a spec as well they are. Oh well.
Wardens could and should come in. Elf only hero class. BEs and NEs. For faction balance even though they are the NE class. Wardens.

No it shouldn’t. There’s not nearly enough there for a full class with three unique specs, especially with Hunters already in the game.
