Blizzard - It's almost 2025. All mounts should be able to Fly now

no one…but they NEED to be contrarians about anything in here just to hear their own voices.

Anyone who has the time to go around scrutinizing everyone else over mounts and mogs should really have a professional take a look at that.

Im gonna have to say “no” to your request, son

it made ZERO sense for yaks and mammoths to walk on water, lmao…and here we are.

And I thought it was stupid to let ALL mounts water walk…again…here we are

how about Bruto?
that’s supa annoying…

Would still rather see certain ground mounts stay as ground mounts.

Like, sorry, the moment I see a giant brutosaur flying around, the game has become far too stupid/silly.

I vote yes.

(Even the Brut) Nah, doesn’t fit the picture, although you have me thinking, King Ghidorah🤔

I don’t know about abolishing all ground mounts, but I do wish my Fallen Charger could fly.

Look, I get it. Flying mounts are cool. Who wouldn’t want to see their 12-foot-long Brutosaur gracefully gliding through the skies like an oversized, airborne sausage?

But let’s be real. It’s 2025, and instead of turning every last mount into a hovercraft, let’s focus on something the WoW community has been clamoring for since the Dark Portal opened: Player Housing. That’s right! Imagine setting up your own little spot in Azeroth—decorating it, filling it with trophies, and, of course, having a mini-fridge full of ice-cold Noggenfogger Elixirs.

And while we’re talking quality-of-life improvements, why stop there? You know what would make World of Warcraft truly epic? Playable Tuskarr! Think about it: waddling into battle as a rotund, fish-slinging walrus with an impressive mustache and all the cozy aesthetic of an arctic fisherman. Imagine the armor possibilities, the fishing perks, the clan feasts—we’re talking the ultimate “chill vibes” experience.

Blizzard, hear me out: why teach every last mount to fly when we could be using that time and energy to give players cozy homes, a fireplace, and maybe even an in-house questline to fish up a legendary Kalu’ak recliner? And once that’s all done, let’s unlock the Tuskarr as a playable race.

Just picture it: Tuskarr Druids shapeshifting into seals, Tuskarr Hunters with their trusty penguin pets, and Tuskarr Death Knights bringing an extra chill to Northrend.

Flying mounts? That’s nice. But Flying Tuskarr? Now that’s something worth logging in for.

That mentality is how we got this garbage

There are people raiding while wearing a shark hat and an inflatable pool floatie as a belt… we are way past the point of the game becoming a parody

lmao…huge dragon mounts flying all over the place…but somehow the bruto is just too much

I don’t care whether or not all my mounts can fly. I would just be happy if the ones that can fly. Would remember they could whenever they enter a new expansion.

Absolutely not. Though there are piles of ground only mounts that should fly there are just as many that should not. I do think they need to make ground mounts more relevant though. This can be done by speeding them up and by allowing mounts in all raids and dungeons. As examples.

Super fun in chromie time when you get that speed boost to blaze around on the ground. Now I’m not suggesting ground mounts are that fast but…… Also current raid has a potion for speed boost….why? Just allow ground mounts everywhere for raid.

Players trying to talk away things due to “realism” in a fantasy game is this game greatest weakness. We can shoot lightning bolts and fire underwater, realism is not this game strong suit, nor should it be.

Hmm, last I noticed, I’ve been flying all over since the very start of this expansion and very near the start of the last one.

We got zombie werewolves with swords, cyborg ninjas with guns, and I think I just saw a glowing purple lady riding a zebra. I mean, I agree, but I think we’re past that now.

Yea but this is on very specific sets. Just because 0.09% of the thousands of items can be mogged means we should throw out all restrictions. The gsme has to make sense. You can already wear a dress on very specific items oe “promotion” sets.

We have flying pigs, and foxes riding foxes, the rules of nature have flown out the window with the pig!
