If you’re keto, you can chop up some bacon with kitchen shears and brown it crisp in the skillet. Reserve the bacon fat, brown a couple of pounds of ground beef, drain it, add some minced garlic, a block of Philadelphia cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste.
