Blizzard gives the alliance high elves. Are you negatively affected?

thats why i advocate for them being added after the time skip

Nah, there are some cold blood killers in there. They help with a few fights, iirc?

i mean help is a strong word XD but yea i guess they do

I’m hoping so. But I am kinda hoping that the time-skip actually works, and not ends up something like WoD with the AU.

That razor shell WQ in Nazjatar is awesome. They hate the naga.

Sethrak would be cool too, just something different.

It definitely is, I would prefer though if high elves was just a customization option for void elves. Or if they really have to add high elves make them look different from blood elves in more than just eye color or some other cosmetic markings.

wod wasnt a true time skip though so this one should be better

i can’t wait for daddy anduin sitting alongside papi wrathion in the throne room

Ren’dorei, Sin’dorei and Quel’dorei are all High Elves. Sin’dorei are the primary and most populous of the High Elven/Thalassian subgroups.

As for playable Quel’dorei, I don’t think that will happen at all. However, I suspect that in another Xpac or two The Horde and Alliance will cease to matter and Quel’dorei customisation will be added to Sin’dorei.

If Quel’dorei do become playable it may be as part of a united Sin’dorei/Quel’dorei faction. Home based in the High Elven realm of Quel’thalas.

You can give Void Elves the High Elven customisations, but that still won’t solve the biggest issue. LORE. The Void Elves are just basically Void Infused Blood Elves that were pulled out of nowhere.

If the Void Elves were actually used with the story based on the Alliance High Elves, then hey, go for it, because it solved the problems. But it isn’t using the Alliance High Elves, it is using a small group of Umbric Followers who were Blood Elves, and were never heard off until there introduction in 7.3.5

Yeah, that is true. But just hoping.

This is what I think will happen and should happen.

It’s already a little ridiculous that there are supposedly high elves fighting against Quel’thalas.

It’s an easy problem to solve if Blizz spends some time to write out some lore for the Void Elves. Right now everyone is confused as to what they actually are lol

High elves with void elf racials is certainly a bit

I don’t think it is easy to solve since the goal with Blizzard, just like any story is to just move forward. Can’t really go back and change it around, because it will just confuse the players more.

They could easily integrate high elves into the void elves so there could be population sustaining since void elves are pretty much a blank slate for a race. I mean Alleria is a high elf already and going into a void expansion it wouldn’t be too hard to say there are high elves learning how to harness the void, trained by Alleria.

Chronicles would like a word, lol.

Beta for Azeroth would like to have a word

Eh?

How bad is the BfA story?

I think I’m the only person who liked the BfA story.
