I went to Blizzcon and ended up buying the Illidan statue there.
They did not give the statues there, and I was given a code to use.
I am from Australia, and the lady informed me that I would need to put the Illidan Statue in the cart, and then apply the code in the discount area.
However on the International Blizzgear page the Illidan Statue does not show up at all, so I am unable to do that.
I managed to get on the American Blizzgear store but when I put the code it in, it tells me it is wrong.
I have sent emails to the Blizzard gear store but they are not replying. The lady told me I have to use this code by the end of November so I am worried it will expire before this issue is solved.
You may need to create a new account that puts you in the US if I’m not mistaken, and if it’s possible. Since the old gear store was defunct and is now working through Fanatics, a lot of things have changed. Like availability on non-US products.
And when you say you’ve sent emails to Fanatics, you mean you’ve used the Contact page on their store? As they aren’t technically Blizzard, I don’t think there’s much that can be done by contacting support here.
If you have an email address based in the US, have you tried using that one? I know there are some occasions with Australia’s laws that prevent people from being gifted WoW goodies from users in other countries, maybe it extends to the Gear Store as well?
As I mentioned before, they probably aren’t going to be able to. The Support ticket paths sends you to the Gear Store support page which is pretty indicative that they’re hands off over here.
Right now, all I can recommend is just to continue putting in contacts with them.
I ended up calling them, and they have told me that it is not for them to deal with as they only deal with online sales and they can’t help me because I bought it at blizzcon.
