Blizzard Gear Discount Codes Not Working

I have 2 - 25% Discount codes, on cards, that were in my CE of WoW and Diablo. The link on them goes to the Gear Store, but when I try to use the code it says it was typed in wrong or expired. There is no expiration date on them, and I have typed and retyped them several times to make sure.

Is Blizzard not honoring these anymore? Fanatics Support seems a bit confused by these and will take about 3 business days to get back to me about it.

I don’t believe those are valid anymore. Not since the last shop update.

Okay thanks. What I was wondering. Not sure why their support is going to take 3 business days to give this information, but oh well.
