LOL Exactly. They are trying but in order for me to get gaslit; I first have to be gullible enough to fall for such tactics… and I am not.

I am not sure why anyone believes everything a “corporation” tells them.

Folks act like if “x” company says it is then it is. Right because there is no financial gain in telling lies at the expense of customers. I am sure the customers of Enron, Wirecard, Worldcom and Lehman Brothers (to name just a few) would agree…not.

A long long time ago in a dark corner of the universe I bought this ugly mount for some reason when Mists was still the current expansion. It looks like a unicorn from hell, but I could swear I never ever bought such an ugly mount. Lo and behold the blizzard support dude came in and corrected me and apparently this was also during a time they were giving it out for free to some people or something, so a bug where it was removed from your mount tab was discovered I guess. Poof there it was!

Things go invisible all the time in WoW and I think it’s their way to punish us. They hate the Padgarre so much I’m sure I’m a regular topic somewhere about that evil forum guy! I’m so sexy anyway I can’t blame them.

There are always going to be people gullible enough to believe everything they say. Despite having been outted for dishonesty more than once, those same sycophants are willing to die on their hill. And while it’s sad, you can only lead a horse to water, you can’t make them drink.

It’s a cosmetic service. Goes to a call center where they send form letter responses. You aren’t speaking to a game master. You’re speaking with Mr. PartTime ClearTheQueue.

Also been told by them “appeals aren’t for dialogue”.

Also run into your similar experience with conflicting feedback from multiple GM’s about what the actual issue is.

They’re one brain cell more than actual bots.

Apparently rife now amounts to a handful of posts on the CS forums, that virtually all point right back at the player whining.

Suppose they used it somewhere else? Would it be as telling?

Well, if you had spent some time raising your child properly maybe they would have a better job?

This is the truth. It’s long been known that deceitful business practices are the best. LOOK AT THE GOBLINS! Blizz is literally SHOVING it in your FACE!

Anyway, I think the only artificial intelligence around here is coming from the players. It’s like artificial sweetener. Almost as good but just not quite the real thing. Leaves a bad taste on the palate. And causes cancer. In rats.

yer deluded if you actually think customer service hasnt become a mockery. then again… i would expect one licking boots to suffer adverse effects from imbuing boot polish. really not a healthy habit.
