why bother to post on forums if we are paying to post on general type like beta or blue post but if we need support that is allow but why have actual Tickets then ? its like the bs meter at this point.
Posting on the forums is a perk granted to an active game account. It’s not a “right” and not something you can pay for.
You had two responses explaining it here:
Tickets aren’t accepted for Beta/Dev issues, or bug reports/feedback. For things you can ticket about its usually stuff that requires privacy and a professional e.g. you need help with a refund and a credit card info is asked as an example.
Obviously, this won’t be done over a public forum.
I recommend asking someone else to sit with you and read through the links to explain in greater detail as you may need more time to understand what you’ve been told. Nobody is making fun of you from what I read through those threads.
