I tried to submit a ticket to blizzard about one of my chars being deleted when I tried to delete one, it removed both and they couldn’t find a bug related to this so they denied an exception for my character restoration. As per a lot of posts and downhill spiral of CS at Blizzard, sometimes you have to submit multiple requests in order to find a GM who will finally understand what needs to be done (Look at my account history blue to see yourself) and instead I get thrown with a FULL BNET ban for 3 days. Tried to appeal this and got no response.
What the heck happened to this company’s GM service. I have never seen such poor CS experience in my life.

No we do not. You are claiming that what happened is a bug, and have been asking for another exception for your request, but I don’t see where a bug was confirmed.
We try to help whenever we can, which is the same as it has always been. What we ask though is once an issue has been resolved, meaning we provided you with an answer, that you do not continue to contact us about the same issue.
From my count, you submit over 10 tickets in the last day and a half, Bruceleeroy. That is beyond excessive.
It is never our goal to suspend an account, we do not take such actions lightly, but when the behavior continues we must take action.
I am sorry for the frustration this matter may have caused, Bruceleeroy.
