Blizzard created its own server problems without Dungeon Finder

Conservatives would probably support keeping things original, as that’s litterally what they advocate for irl, not changing things that need not be changed. Brians the opposite of a conservative btw, check out his twitter, and he’s the one pushing all of this.

Which means players will continue to pay to transfer to megaservers. Which means more $$$ in Blizz’s pockets.

If the vast majority of the population on the mega realms is hesitant to transfer to any other server then RDF won’t alleviate that whatsoever since it does nothing for raiding. The most effective use of RDF would have been before the continual mass exodus of players to the more populated server.

The problem now is that I guarantee a significant number of players aren’t going to want to give up what they’ve established on the mega server. For example, if the majority of guilds opt to not transfer off then a majority of players aren’t going to either. On top of that, many people play Classic with friends and once again that will be a reason for a significant number of people not wanting to transfer off.

The only effective use of RDF would have been to prevent people from transferring and even that is a pretty paper thin incentive once players decided they wanted to raid.

I mean it literally is not what they advocate for and it never has been. Even when the EPA was set up by Nixon it was because rivers were on bloody fire. The conservative title is a misnomer. Nochangers from Vanilla were largely conservatives it turned out, to my shock at the randomness of it, and so far as I can tell most anti-RDF crusaders are also former nochangers who have simply taken the mask off and shown their true colors as "me me me"ers rather than nochangers.

I’m also not even going to get into the fact of who’s more likely to support RDF due to having a job…cough cough, conservatives mostly.

You’re blaming spell cleave on blizzard?

Nobody wants your crappy rogue lol.

We delete packs in 2 globals not trying to carry a scrublet.

Don’t blame blizzard for that lol

Wow, you actually have become Bloomsday.

Fly too close to the sun…

RDF would be amazing, hopefully they add it at launch or during pre patch. But RDF would neither fix or worsen server ques. Like… at all.

Not at all lol.

Maladath is a meme server to pvp dodgers.

Enjoy not being invited to groups

It certainly wouldn’t worsen it. But players would be a lot more willing to transfer to a lower pop server if RDF was in the game.

I just wish I could play the game. Please for the love of god bring back RDF. I beg please bring it back.

No they wouldn’t RDF doesn’t solve anything when it comes to a server dying. And hundreds of people following what you are saying AND doing that, is how servers dissipate lol. Also as someone who is good at the game I would never use RDF, it would be much quicker to pug it or guild run my dailies even if we have to fly out to the dungeon than to have to carry afk players that don’t know left from right hands :stuck_out_tongue:

I have fantastic news for you: even with RDF in the game you can manually form every dungeon group you run!!

So your epic, elite e-peen doesn’t have to take a hit grouping with lowly scrubs.

I hope they do add RDF im 100% for it. I think it definitely provides more help than damage to classic servers. But if you’re going to go on forums and try to convince GM’s why they should add RDF, at least use a strong argument as to why (that’s all I was trying to say brother)

People have been making strong arguments for RDF for months. Blizzard just ignores it and keeps doubling down.

Convince GMs? What do they have to do with anything? And the actual classic ‘devs’? They don’t care what we think. They removed RDF without even asking the players. They’ve ignored every bit of feedback on the issue.

My arguments were made months ago. I might as well have shouted at a wall. Now I’m just killing time until my sub runs out.

RDF solves one big issue of low pop servers it lets you form a group at any time of the day regardless of how dead your faction is so yes id say it solves one big issue people flock to mega servers for aside from larger pools of players to recruit for bgs arenas and raids at the very least it let them actually do some of the dungeons while leveling

you wont ever get an official poll there is no way blizzard wants to be forced to put it in not to mention they took out remotely queue for bgs as well

This right here. But they’re ignoring feedback on this matter and doubling down to please a vocal minority and a bunch of streamers. Now the problem is here: Most people won’t move from Mega realms as they won’t be able to group up in smallers servers.

That’s the raid loggers mind set. They think the only content that matters is the latest raid. When I was raid logging on my priest and only playing one day it a week I was leveling alts and doing dungeons with my alts. I spent 5 times as much time playing those alts then I did raiding with the priest. Rdf was in the game for about 49% of the wrath. But if it was the end for you and you were just raid logging what do you care if the rest of us were leveling alts and using the rdf
