You can’t have a ranged spec that can perform its full rotation while moving ANYWHERE at the top. Low mid is where they should be

you cant have 3 good performing specs one of them has to be trash and its bm hunter.

Blood dk still got a huge nerf. Going from 75% bonus strength to 40% is a huge nerf.
