Amazing. So much of what you posted is either completely wrong or intentionally misleading. Liadrin was the leader of the blood knights since their inception and they are inarguably not a neutral faction. It’s also irrelevant and completely beside the point if the Argus campaign didn’t involve a lengthy rep grind considering we save the lfd and defeat their periennal foe, the legion. They owe the Horde as much as the Nightborne owe the Alliance, so you arguing that one doesn’t equal the other makes literally zero sense.

The Nightborne joined the Horde. Get over it and move on with your life, you’ll be much happier. They’re our crack elves.

Could care less what new races they add as long as they’re not locked behind some tedious time-gated world quest humping trickle grind. That’s how they lost in my opinion.

My husband and I have both been playing their games since the original warcraft and gating a new race is the most asinine decision they’ve ever made.

100% Agree with this.
A reasonable quest chain would be fine. So long as its not gated behind rep.
Gating is my biggest issue. Its fine for people that have endless hours to play every day, but for people on a time restriction that can only play a few days a week, locking major content updates like races/flying behind gated grinds is the dumbest thing Blizzard have ever done.

If they want to gate a new race or class for early access? No worries
 anything beyond access on day one at launch just proves they’re gating however and whatever because either they’re too lazy, or too inept, to come up with something better to consume our time. Either way we need a new team, and more importantly leader, because they’ve lost millions over gating races and flying and continue to do the same thing.

All of my old EQ friends have stopped playing this. Coming from EQ I know the difference between a fun grind and a not fun one. This tedious busy work they’re coming up with for their almighty /time played metric is just so friggin asinine I can’t even constructively criticize it at this point.

I took the flying debacle on the chin and kept going. When they started gating races is when they lost me. I, along with my husband and many others, have stated many times there will be no end to these tedious time-gated world quest humping trickle grinds. Pretty soon we’ll have to grind mail and bank access at the start of each new expansion.

The scariest thing about this statement is that Blizzard might actually look at the data and come to that conclusion. But I hope they’d have the good sense to realize that the best way to fix the issue would be to allow players to train flying for gold when they reach the level cap, just like they did in Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Mists of Pandaria.

The gold option is a win-win because many will use tokens if they put it 250k or more. Profit for development!

Thing is Blizzard wants to cater to the masses and gnomes are simply one of the least played races. So let’s say Blizzard releases blood elf content that will appeal to more than double the number of customers vs gnomes that are just a fraction.

From a business standpoint it’s obvious where your assets are going. Sorry, but that’s the reality of it.

mechagnomes shouldn’t be a new race. But barber shop should give you option to have robot eye, arm, or legs for Gnomes :slight_smile:

Just because no one asked for them doesn’t mean they don’t look the best. Plus their lore sucks and they are clearly there to replace High Elves, which are very requested. :roll_eyes:
