Blizzard adds Void Elves and Nightborne

Playerbase: World of Elfcraft! 90% of everybody is an Elf already! Stop adding overplayed Races!

Blizzard may or may not add Mechagnomes

Playerbase: Why would you add Gnomes? Nobody plays Gnomes! Add something people actually play!

Mechagnomes are pretty dumb though. And so is the idea of the nightborne being so quick to go back on their decision to be “protectors, not conquerors” just because “Wah, wah! Tyrande was mean to me!” And I’m not even going to begin getting into what’s wrong with void elves.

They are actually quite intelligent :smiley:

Thalyssra literally tells us that she wanted to ally with the Night Elves but they refused. Thalyssra didn’t really have much of a choice. She needed allies and only one side was willing to help.

If Void Elves are so bad, why are they the most popular Allied Race by far?

The playerbase has been asking for things like murlocs and ogres. Give us those!

Why? Care to explain why they are dumb? Gnomes out of every race have had the most lack luster content when it comes to lore and finally we get a little attention and maybe some new options in the future. You may not like the idea but there are plenty of us Gnomes just waiting for some new cool Gnome themes.

The loudest voices will always be the ones which complain. While I personally feel there’s much Blizz needs to be taken to task on, this is something I choose to avoid getting involved in tbh. For that very reason. I’m content with whatever they give involving races.

i am looking forward to mechanagnomes as well. :slight_smile: my favorite alliance race is dwarf but gnome is 2nd imo. i’ll probably make a couple of different ones depending on which classes they can be.

I remember people asking for Mechagnomes when WoD was announced!

They even did photoshops!

Humans and Night Elves aren’t Allied Races.

If you mean Kul Tiras Humans and Nightborne, they are both behind Void Elves. In fact, Kul Tirans are the least played Race in-game.

people have been asking since wrath i think. though you could probably give them helves and they’d find a way to complain about that as well. alliance doesn’t seem happy with almost any of their allied races. and the popular ones they seem to hate the most. :expressionless:

The important part about the Kobayashi Maru is that you don’t actually hurt yourself in the simulation.
