Blizzard authenticator

Trying to add new authenticator because old one is being replaced get it installed ask to sign in do that ask for authentication go to old one approve it and then nothing happen in new app.

So the new app doesn’t update that you had approved the log in?

Are you able to manually copy the code from the old app to the new one?

i changed my old tablet for a new one ,so I dwnld the authenticator and when i tried to log in it was sending thecode to my old authenticator wich was deleted .I opened many tickets but it was never fixed and it was removed from my account and I lost 4 spaces in my bag and Blizzard wallet capacity reduced by half .Not my fault , all i wanted was to play ,so now am unsubbed and lost interest in your game

Now that the old authenticator is removed, you should be able to set it up again. Once you do set it up with SMS protect those bag spaces and balance capacity will return to the previous state. Them removing the old authenticator was so you could move on.

Unfortunately, now they require both SMS and the authenticator. You must have a cell phone number that is compatible with the system. So even without the switch between the two, it would not have run on your tablet alone.

That is your choice, and I do wish you well wherever your gaming takes you. Posting here though, you’re not leaving this where any staff who collects feedback like yours will see it. Vrak and the other staff who operate here on Customer Support are SFAs. They’re not GMs, Devs or QA who can do anything with feedback.
