The main website+game, but apparently not forums.
So doing what people who have heard/been thru the same thing, I kept submitting tickets about my account being wrongfully banned for botting. Now, they really did ban my bnet acct (with the exact same text msg as the warning).
So anyway, when I go to log in it says my account has been banned, but the email says suspeneded. But there is no length given. Is this permanent or temporary? How do I find that out since I cant log in?
I belive it will show in account management.
but i cant login to get to that…
I would be careful in how you post in this thread. Your last got locked, and you apparently did not take heed from Blizzard themselves over players who may have been in similar situations, but not your exact case. Even they get to the point where they will tell you to cease filing appeals, and this is what happens when you keep pushing.
Now, perhaps there may be some leniency due to the fact you are having some issues getting to whatever place you need to be to find out the ins and outs of the suspension/ban, and hopefully one of our SFAs will be able to take a look at things and give you an answer.
I would tred carefully however, so your punishment doesn’t start stacking in the instance it is just a temporary suspension. Don’t let well meaning folks and those who live just to get their shots in at ‘The Man’ lure you into discussing the case any further. This post is kind of toeing the line of the ‘not discussing sanctions’. Stick to this particular problem of not being able to access your account information and hopefully you’ll get a response.
To me, it sounds like a perma ban, what did the email exactly say?
You cannot log on to the account management via the website? it is acting a bit slow right now though…
This is actually a suspension, Kord. Not quite sure how you can post still, probably an update issue. It should end at 72 hours - as the email said, for the reasons stated.
