Blizz wont let me submit a ticket

I was doing a quest, and got an Internal Bag error when I tried to loot the quest item (Turtle Meat for Soothing Turtle Bisque). I filled out the ticket form, but instead of submitting it, it said it couldn’t find a solution and wanted to “categorize” the issue, and fed me a bunch of help articles. None of which gets me my Turtle Meat back. What if this were a serious issue?!

If it was something we could actually help, the path would likely be different.

In this particular case, I’d suggest a proper and full reset UI. UI issues can impact looting in some cases. May or may not help, but would be the first step in trouble-shooting.

Then you would have a different path.

In this case a GM would tell you exactly what Orlyia suggested first. And probably the articles you ignored did too.

Fine. I did all that. Of course by now the dead turtle is long gone and I still don’t have my turtle meat.

Fortunately it’s repeatable.

GMs will not reward repeatable quest items. Even for a glitch.

So? Are the turtles not dropping the meat anymore?

Then you have the same problem as you do with this problem.
