Blizz: please shift DHKs to Phase 3

A 1.12 version of Vanilla without DHKs has literally never existed. The meta for that game is unknown. The devs are not going to go out of their way to create it.

A version of 1.12 without the D2 set questline did not exist.
A version of 1.12 without ZG, BWL, AQ did not exist.
A version of 1.12 without BGs did not exist.
A version of 1.12 talents were not in when MC was released.
…

Those are intermediate stages designed to simulate the original Vanilla feature progression as close as can be without significantly recreating pre-1.12 data. In fact, this very post is made along those lines – to recreate that brief period in Vanilla when honor existed but BGs and DHKs did not.

But in the end, the goal is to recreate 1.12 Vanilla after the final Phase. That’s the museum portion of this project.

This is the most Vanilla-like solution, imo, and hopefully not much work on the dev side.

Hopefully. Implementing in CP2 instead of CP3, is really just taking the easy way out.
