$56 on sept 10th to $53 dollars today on Oct 10th isn’t what those who play the stock market would call “down”, that’s within normal daily fluctuation levels. You can’t just pay attention to the pretty graph, you need to hover your mouse over the line to see the $$ amount and see how much it changed over the month to realize it didn’t really change at all, furthermore you need to expand the scope of the graph to realize that Blizzard is actually up overall, as for example, back in June, their stocks were down in the low $40 range… so overall they are in a high period currently and are still trending upward.

I’m going to cancel sub based on what they do at blizzcon. Im already contacting my congressmen about this. I feel that my accounts existence adds some weight to the point because its possible to see how long I’ve supported them. This whole situation is sudden. Bliz has inadvertantly involved its playerbase in a real war and puts all of us in a political hot seat. This is the fault of bliz, but it will also be the fault of the players if we do not take some form of action.

up overall 10-15 dollars per share compared to previous quarter is a big gain in valuation for ATVI.
company revenues are based on quarterly earnings and activities over these quarters. so unless a stock nosedives or crashes, a few dollars fluctuation over daily isn’t something to worry about or care about, as ATVI’s stock shows it goes up and down sporadically in the 50-55 dollar range.
what you really should be looking at is the intraday and todays open. Looks like we have a falling knife.

just a side note, not agreeing with you or the individual you’re responding too… but it just bugs when when people use the claim/argument, “if america’s so bad, then why is everyone trying to get in”… you have to realize the truth that America isn’t the only country with high immigration… Russia, Germany, and even China itself have high immigration into their respective countries… For example in 2016 The U.S. accepted 1,183,500 permanent migrants, while the small country of Germany accepted 1,051,000… so on a % per population or % per landmass, Germany blows the U.S. out of the water on both for the amount of immigration they deal with.
And believe it or not, but China has high immigration from Southern Asian countries, Africa, and other places. Also worth noting, China has the largest black community in all of Asia.

The entire reason trump is in a trade war is that the Economic powers act doesnt give any authority over the business activities of US companies even if they are becoming part of a larger national security threat. Congress needs to expand on that act. Yes, subversive behavior by a foreign power to influence a US company is a national security concern.
