Blizz GM inadvertently deleted an Emissary cache

So I wasn't sure why the weapon cache wasn't going to an emissary cache 355 from 340 on the map. I wanted to see if it was a tooltip problem. Then today when I logged on I had an response. The details of that message made me feel that you guys aren't even sure how it works (which is somewhat funny); but, the problem is my Honorbound cache was gone. So, today after the dailies reset I had 2 caches instead of three.

I did not turn this completed cache in as I was waiting to do mythic +s today to boost the ilvl. ***

It's completely gone, no item in my bag, just poof. I hit the threshold today and they 2 emissaries I turned in. I need somebody to restore the item or quest so I may turn it in please.

Not how it works, posting here will not influence the ticket queues. Wait for your ticket.

I don't think it's that long right now. Probably be handled by tomorrow morning at the latest.
Are you certain the quest didn't expire, Comanche? The Emissary quests are only available for 3 days then they will clear. You would need to turn it in prior to it expiring as it will clear regardless of if you have met all the requirements or not.

As for your question, the initial Game Master stated the reward available would be based on the best gear you had ever equipped, not specifically what you may have in your bags currently.

Yes, thank you. I need one thing addressed, I had a GM message me back today and DID NOT READ my response.

I logged out 5am EST, an hour before I got off my DK, I had Honorbond and Nazmir caches ONLY and COMPLETE. Today when I logged on I had a Completed Nazmir and 0/4 Zuldazar complete.

I am 100% sure I didn't turn it in. I am 100% sure it did not expire.

To be clear, today my ilvl equipped was 349 and after getting some ring I went to 349 equipped and 350 in my bags. I didn't equip anything. Regardless, I want to move past that as that is NOT my issue any longer. Please help me get the problem addressed.

***If somebody would just actually look, I had Honorbond, Champ of Az and Nazmir yesterday, I completed all 3 and turned in Champions of Azeroth. Leaving me 2 Honorbond and CoA completed and waiting. Zuldazar cahce spawned today. You can see in my inventory I haven't received any 340 emissary item. All I know is I had 2 emissary caches when I logged off, GM did whatever to investigate and 2 when I got on. Nazmir and Zuldazar.
And you still need to wait on your ticket. The forums aren’t a shortcut.
....Wait.... Are you saying because Honorbound was "4 days" old, regardless of the space of queue I lost it? SMH.
The emissaries are timed, yes. It's been that way since they started in Legion.

If you didn't turn it in, it's gone. Use it or lose it.

Yes, exactly. It's not 3 slots, it's 72 hours. Period. And has been as long as the World Quest system has been in place.

Yes. The Emissary quests cycle in and out not based on how much room you may have, but on a timer. If you don't complete and/or turn them in, they still expire. You otherwise have 3 days to complete and turn in an Emissary quest once it becomes available. It has worked that way throughout Legion. I am sorry you were unaware of that and missed out on the reward.

This. Sorry about your luck. I’ve done it a few times in my emissary career

Stopped reading. I am stacked emissary right t now. Honor bound expired this morning.

Turning in champions does not reset the timer on honor bound.

I know because I did champions not to lose the AP and nothing else. So it does sound like you indeed expired.

Honor bound hit the emissary on Friday. That gave you fri to sat. Sat to sun. And sun to mon mornings respectively. To complete it.

Edit. Nevermind. It was already addressed. Should have kept reading first.
Something that might help when planning which emissary quests to do when and how much longer you have to complete them and turn them in is wowhead. The main page at wowhead.com under the Today in WoW section will show which emissary quests are active and how much longer they'll be active before expiring.

I've found it useful because I'm lousy at remembering and getting them done in time.

Screenshot for clarity. :-)
