I’m not opposed to this.
But I wouldn’t say to PvE instead, I’d point out that there are currently 4 modes that you can cap vault in and ignoring 3 of them makes no sense.
group finder sucks and most of my pvp friends have quit

Interesting. I only get single hunter lobbies and they’re almost always BM.
just not fun as a dps, long waits, groups that fall apart fast. arena just not as enjoyable with random people

Make your own, name it capping vault, take anyone who applies.
Yes, losses will cause them to leave, but it’s faster than waiting for RSS to pop.
It’s like speed dating, you might find someone you really click with and they become your Arena partner.
Or not. Doesn’t really matter if all you’re going for is vault.
Earlier in the season I discovered Yolo RBGs are the fastest way to cap Vault. Like 1200 honor a win and 500 a loss.
But I got so burnt out trying to play multiple characters I just stopped 
All I want to do all day is queue Blitz and BGs
