First Blitz of today we had draw. My question is why does it count as 0-1 towards my score.

I’m guessing it’s because it is not a win. And there are no stats for Tie. Which would mean that a Tie is a loss.
Did you lose rating?
Nope. But I don’t know if because of 0-0 or because of mmr.
Don’t sweat your win/loss ratio. It’s not very indicative of your CR or your MMR a lot of the time.
Case in point, I lost 4 straight at 2k cr and didn’t lose a single point due to my high mmr.

I had lost 2 games at 2100 mmr and after that it put me into 1700 mmr games 
That sucks, but potentially not directly related. Sure it likely dropped your mmr, but you maybe had the misfortune of being pulled down into an even lower mmr due to time of day, or even just because it prioritized spawning a game over good matchmaking.
Hopefully a bit of that gets alleviated with today’s patch.
Edit: Remember as of before today, you never actually see your personal mmr, just the team average.
