Just curious if the team rating shown in Blitz is actually reflective of where I would be if rating was actually implemented.
Anyone know?

It almost seems like the MMR in Blitz is phony. It’s too wide of a spectrum just from a few matches.
Your MMR goes up or down not just on if you win or lose, but how much you contribute to the victory. Capping/returning flags or capping nodes. I thought it was random at first, until I started playing objectives and my rating climbed to about 2k. My queue times are like 2 hours now though.
i give it 4/10
I’m over 9000 MMR now and my queues times last an entire season.
I guess there is still no rating and no mmr yet, could be wrong tho
Yeah idk about that, capped 3 bases and defended 1 base and won 1500-0 in an eots and mmr went down in the next game
I’m just explaining my experience. Whether or not you believe me doesn’t matter to me.
It seems like the MMR varies wildly until you play (maybe) x number of games. It could be some kind of placement system that puts you at all kinds of MMRs in early games that makes it seem quite random.
My warlock, which has played 23 games, was having consistent 1850-2K matches for six games back to back where I was seeing a lot of the same people in those matches. So, there is some point at which MMR seems to “settle.”
no char///
So could be a coincidence but i tend to sweat a little more when the MMR is a little higher.
I’ve played alot of BG Blitz.
So the system atm does not have a actual ladder system where it will always queue you in with people your level, but that’s fine, because it needs people to playtest right now just to get queues going.
But that being said, I do feel like it’s pretty accurate (per the fight). When I see people just wondering around like sheep, I look and sure enough its 1400-ish. When I see people rushing to objectives and doing MVP plays, sure enough it’s 1800-ish.
It does. Once past a certain point the teams are pretty close in MMR and you start seeing the same people repeatedly.
It might be a loose healer queue, cause I do feel like I get a much faster queue than what dps players in my timezone (OCE) report, I get 1-7mins and they get 7-15mins.
I’ve been getting games everywhere between 2.1k-1.4k (on off hours). and in my lower rated games i legit feel like I’m smurfing.
Ah, yes. I suspect that is true for both healers and tanks.
Oh absolutely.
My Dps Q can be like 17 minutes, when duo Q is immediate
So yeah. Healers gotta go where they needed
