Nothing is more fun than getting blinded and losing 75% of my health in that 3 second stun…
Blinding Sleet isnt whats damaging you. its the first part of Frost Dk’s go where you get blinded, then they’re likely freezing you with dragon and using pillar of frost while alternating obliterate with either frost strike or howling blast.
The damage is coming from obliterate cleave, and or chill streak. But FDK sux its prob worst melee atm. This gimicky combo is all they have.

he’s asking how much damage can be done while blinding sleet is active before the cc itself breaks
and the answer is way too much
sleet should function at best like polymorph where it breaks on 1 damage and removes all dots
right now you get gripped and sleeted and can take >20% of your health from dots/pets/passives into an apoc for another 40% of your health before it even breaks
