I never received my Twitch drop for the Blazing Hippogryph. It has been nearly 2 days since I claimed the drop.

Who can I contact about getting this resolved?

Blazing Hippogryph Twitch Drop Not Dropping into my Journal

Hey all, We’re aware of this issue with claiming the Blazing Hippogryph through Twitch and our engineers are investigating it. Thank you for the screenshot of the server error as well, that is part of the investigation. If you haven’t already please submit a ticket stating that you claimed it but haven’t received it.

We have multiple threads on the same subject, so I’m going to start closing the extras.

I am providing what updates I can in this thread.

There is also a thread in Technical Support, which provides a link to submit a ticket if you have not yet received the mount after 24 hours of claiming it. These tickets are being placed in a hold queue while the overall issue is being investigated.
