Not referring to the Twitch drop from last year, although it is the same mount. It is in the Traveler’s Log for May, yet the mount does not show up in the mount tab at all. Not before buying it, not after. Each time I log in to any toon, I get a message that I have an unclaimed mount, but it simply doesn’t exist in the mount tab anywhere. Being that it’s a year old mount, what the hell is going on here? Why even put it in the shop if it’s broken/bugged? I wasted 800 Tender on it.

No, the mount IS NOT IN the mount tab, at all. It does not exist. I know how to check for a mount, my guy. It literally isn’t programmed into my mount log.
Showing in your armory anyway.

Looking into this issue before my post, a lot of people didn’t receive it from Twitch last year. It’s bugged. It should show up in the tab when you search, or even just scroll. But it doesn’t. The mount tab shows mounts I can’t get anymore, so it makes no sense why it isn’t showing up.
For me it didn’t show until I clicked on the gift icon to unwrap it. I though I didn’t get it as well, but after messing with my filters, I found an “unwrapped gift” in my mount journal so I clicked that to unwrap and it appeared in my journal

There is no gift icon either. That was the first thing I looked for, I’ve done the Trader’s Post since it launched

No, I have not. I didn’t think of such a thing. I don’t use anything to alter my UI at all, so I don’t consider it haha.
It’s something worth attempting just in case, since it’s likely a Game Master would ask you to do so anyway as a diagnostic step.

Well, I didn’t do anything and now it is showing up. I had to search for it by name, spelling the entire thing. That’s when the gift box showed up… Weird, but okay… Resolved now.
