im pretty sure i have seen several eagle eyeing bots. ive attacked them and they send their pet and take off fleeing and as soon as combat drops they change layers.
id imagine a real player would pvp for the resources.

What do you mean “pick up the timers?” Blizzard hasn’t shared what the “changed” timers are, so if you know please share.

No you don’t. Blizzard supposedly changed those timers. Whether they’re static or fluctuate they haven’t said.
You can create the timer yourself if they have not stated it. I’m sure those who have been farming lotus this week already figured it out day 1.
Invite a friend if you need that sort of help. Get a hunter friend. My homies who farm are a mix of different classes. If the lotus is so contested that you need friends to pvp and help cover, then thats what you are going to have to do. Thats what people who get the lotus are doing
Yes you do. Thats the entire point of a timer. Wether the timer is a 6 to 9 minute devilsaur window or a 1 second to 16 hour Nazjak window.
In 2019, devilsaur timers were 13-18 minutes. They changed it in phase 2, it took us 1 hour to reestablish what those timers were. It isnt rocket science getting timers set.
If people were able to determine the Nazjak window is 16 hours, what makes you think people cant determine the new lotus window?
These timers are known because players keep timers through DBM. Thats why theyre standard knowledge
If you aren’t even an herbalist, I don’t know why you care anyways. If you are not willing to:
Sit at a cluster and establish timers
Get a buddy or more to help
willing to pvp for your spawns
then all you can do is deal with the prices until blizzard changes them. I dont know what to tell you

no, but I am getting rather bored of this conversation so I think I’ll see myself out have fun begging for more black lotus. meanwhile good players are just farming the gold to buy em or putting in the effort to farm them. ~100g is not unreasonable for such a powerful item.
