they arent breaking the game, the game would have continued as normal even if they didnt do this. People would still buy flasks for AQ/Naxx regardless.

Like the first part, but the second part could be annoying for folks waiting on corpse campers to pack up their tents.
If everyone is flasked, both AQ40 and naxx will be trivial. The achievement of getting gear from those raids will be diminished accordingly. Sense of accomplishment is a zero sum game, r14 and scepter quest really are the only aspect of classic that carry any prestige.
Yes, thats true. However, the accessibility is very different. Having maybe 5 people flask is very different from having 20 people flask, and so forth.

That’s up to you to fix pre-mades by joining a group yourself. This will not be fixed as there’s nothing to fix and it’s working as intended. This is already vanilla like.
But the thing is, even with increased nodes… get ready… you don’t have to use flasks just because they will be more readily available!
Can’t believe this got fixed before premades tbh, so many other issues to deal with, botters are everywhere, and creating most of these problems to begin with, it’s not hard to catch them, since this is not classic anymore, just release dual spec and fix premades already

They get rid of them farming black lotus, yeah, now they go multibox righteous orbs and other herbs that will keep selling, that’s not getting rid of them at all, blizzard is legit keeping them for their sub money and they don’t care about the actual economy.
That is exactly the problem. The problem really isnt the spawn rates per se, but really the botters making it a supply issue as well. Demand will ALWAYS outstrip supply for black lotuses so theres no point in trying to increase the spawn rate. HOWEVER, if the market is “unnaturally” manipulated by botters, then they ahve to go.
But of course, reasonable even-handed solutions arent what the player base wants! They players want RETAIL! Bring back retail!

Thorium respawns dynamically if it’s being gathered a lot. And it also appears in instances. So the supply of thorium and arcane crystals already scales with server population.
This is not the case with black lotus. The “change” they’re talking about here actually creates a more vanilla like supply of black lotus.

Well, you did then go to complain about other thngis like server issues, 8 hours something or other, and some launch that didnt go 100% smooth.
I dont know about you, but I think releasing an MMO and maintaining one this size does warrant SOME tolerance for hiccups
You know all you had to do was the one thing you guys did state in this… change the spawn location of the black lotus so people couldn’t bot every single location… if it spawns in over 50 different locations, nobody is going to multibox 50 characters to find it, that was the actual proper fix for this, Bot’s keep price inflated because they are the only ones actually getting them because they know exactly where they spawn and have a character at each. Like many have said, i understand you guys want the sub money from multiboxers and botters, (as would I if this was my company) but there are much more obvious fixes that will still keep them around.
Multiboxers and botters are the ones creating queues to begin with… also changing it so people can’t see the node when they’re dead would of also been a better idea
I’m just happy to be able to contribute more by being able to flask up while I’m for no changes when it is a massive issue such as this then I have no choice but to go for a change
