These bots farming Black Lotus are really screwing the market
it’s impossible to farm as there’s bots camping every node
These servers with 20k+ 60s and 2-3 layers do not have enough lotus spawns to support the current playerbase, are we able to have a SoM fix where Lotus spawn on chance on high-level herbs??
This really is the only viable solution, since Blizzard won’t address the gold buying problem.
i have one BL i found and im thinking maybe i should sell it now before it gets hotfixed and the market crashes.
Lotus should be able to proc off any end-game herb node.

No. It’s the same thing that happened in 2019 Classic. As long as the cartel gets every pick, they can charge whatever they want, because nobody else has any to compete.

Just means there’s less gold buyers there. The AH prices directly correlate to how much gold buying is happening.

why are you playing an anniversary version of classic if you don’t like the design of the original game? there are myriad other versions of the game with changes that remove these emergent player behaviors.
on these anniversary servers i’ve been constantly harassed by self righteous players like you because i put in the time to buy out of the way limited supply vendor items to flip on the ah. and since you’ve already decided i’m a bot/hack/foreign/rmt despite not knowing any details of my gameplay, any abuse you send my way is justified and deserved. i’m constantly accused of being a bot camped somewhere 24/7, despite having only logged onto wow for an hour or two over the past few days spread over all of my alts.
go play the version of the game that doesn’t have the features you dislike instead of trying to force everyone else to follow your personal, made up restrictions on how they are allowed to play the game.
or get social and put together your own group to compete with this cartel if you think these prices are too high. you might learn that flasks have the largest impact in the early phases of classic’s progression. or that right now early in the phases only the most sweaty, yet lowest amount of people have already hit 60 and begun raiding in guilds that still rely on flasks to progress. or that for most guilds the content in these early phases is simple without using flasks, so the only people buying flasks are degenerates going for record parses. there are so many other things you could be doing instead of being lazy and with no evidence, accusing the people who are putting in the effort that you haven’t even considered deeply of botting, scalping, and rmt.
I used to farm black lotus on whitemane 2019, 240g a pop. It was insane gold until they changed the spawns to like 15m
Just run around and kill every player on your route, go to areas with close proximity to other nodes to increase odds of finding the spawn.
There have always been bots and hunters eagle eye all over the map, but i still had no problem stealing enough of them

This is still good practice. At least on whitemane the bots are seemingly limited to infesting UBRS entrance. I can’t find them in other locations but lil fellers are back in force but the thirsty rankers now have been informed and are skinning them for 200 honor a pop / 10 kill, and there are roughly 50 - 60 of them again but this time it’s all horde bots but not sure why just horde… they are getting wrecked tho.
It’s wild since this is a problem that has already been fixed on other versions of classic, and they just chose not to fix it for anniversary lol
The issue is many of these bots are using hacks to go under the world and picking the herbs where they can’t be reached.
