bots are farming the lotus 24/7 on cd in every layer, and when bots are banned, no one does that so less lotus in market which make it sell for higher price.

Blizzard only reacts to reports.
It’s the WoW community being apathetic about gold buying.
Until people start kicking cheaters from their guilds the problem won’t go away.
They’ve got banks full of the stuff and they’re tricklefeeding it into the economy to keep the prices high.
Kinda like OPEC does with oil.

Here is the game winning strat -
- bot net (with allowance from blizzard because obviously Blizz is in on the action)
- farm all the BL 25/8
- buy all the BL you may not have picked up off the AH
- re-post your BL for whatever cost you want because you know people will buy your gold to adjust to the market you created.
At this point in time Blizzard has to prove to the player base that they are not in on the bot situation. I need evidence, because the lack of effort is sus.

We had the same problem in 2019 before they tripled the number of lotus spawn points and reduced the respawn time to like 15 minutes.
Botters had banks full of them drip feeding the economy lotus at 300g per flower and the flasks were 400g. Blizz hotfixed it and suddenly all the botters emptied their banks same day in a rush to escape the market.
You’re on a pvp server. Trust me, you have a solution
They pick them, they don’t always sell they control the prices and then take that gold that they made from the players and sell it back to the players to buy more lotus that they’re hording because they pick them all.

Blizzard needs to make some sweeping gathering changes for classic - Nodes need 500% increase and also a change to drop black lotus for procs off all gathers. You can do multiple laps without seeing a single node.

just like to chime in and say these bots are ruining this game, I am at the point where I need to farm mats to play the game, and I am spending days where it should take hours for basic materials because I am having to compete with a half dozen bots every area I go to, making it hard to enjoy the game.

Bump. Shouldnt have to be forced to swipe for gold to afford to buy anything because of bot inflation and boosting. We all know boosters are gold selling its plain as day. It should have been fixed by simply taking away the xp from have a 60 in your group. Nodes shoud be increased since blizzard doesnt plan on banning bots anytime soon. Lotus off of high level herbs is a great change.
