Black box on in game shop (2019)

Ive googled and tried many of the posted solutions for this issue. Ive reset my interface, ensured no firewall or overlay like Discord is active, ive updated Adobe, I have restarted the game client and BNet several times. Its been over an hour of troubleshooting and im frustrated now. The only lead I have is when I now launch wow this pops up:

Hi Repatriate

What DirectX are you running the game on. If it is DX 12 try changing that to DX 11 Legacy. I would close then restart the game afterwards.

The setting is found on Menu > System > Advanced pane.

Ive disabled my antivirus for now. Its typically windows defender. I will try updating my drivers.

It didnt work. Installed the drivers and restarted. Checking for Window’s updates now.

Window’s update did not improve the situation either =/…

not sure if will help you but i had the same problem and fixed it by setting wow.exe to run as admin and doing a compatibility test
