Hey guys, one of the best ranged weapon in the game currently is the Bloodseeker, a blue crossbow with a slow speed and quite high dps that’s pretty important pre raid.
However to obtain it I must first complete ‘‘The Battle of Alterac’’ which requires an AV win.
Is it realistic to go for that weapon as Alliance?
I’m at my 14th game but no luck, 10 afks on average and seems to be a ‘‘lets give up and farm some honor’’ attitude.
If alliance tried AV would be more interesting. Mostly I see alliance sleeping behind logs, in the houses outside of SHGY, in the ram stable, or underneath the SP bridge. Since alliance get instant queues nobody seems to care about winning over absorbing HK honor by not playing the game.
Not my fault the map favors horde. Also the fact horde que times are above the roof. Alliance premades are on par to horde pugs. So it evens out to 50/50.
Hush child. You’re not fooling anyone. It’s a poorly-kept secret that the Horde have been spamming discord links in AV for weeks in order to better coordinate their defense against premades and their scorched earth tactics against pugs.
Given the lack of control over comp we had in premades after the first round of nerfs, it really wasn’t all that dissimilar an experience on either side. Coordinated pugs, really.
Horde and Alliance were getting pretty decent honor and your queues were shorter.
Wait. Are you saying alliance can’t do this right now too? It was suggested many times over to combat the ally premades.
Both sides can use comms. Both sides can use chat. It’s a matter of getting players to engage and execute.
Horde are on comms too. At least some. I mean either entering as a group of 5 or spamming discord but I’ve definitely seen reactions that only happen when on coms
until blizzard acknowledges that there is a problem with the map, or alliance realize the only way to win is to rush ibgy together, you will not win av
I want to let you in on a secret. No we are not all on discord for AV. They tried that after a week of premade, and it more or less failed. Our queue times would not allow us to coordinate so we mostly rely on chat in game. We just are better at working together as a pug and with our long queue times we come ready to fight and do not have as many bot’s, AFKs or people trying to quest anymore.
