I see you finally got billing working but you messed me up again two hours ago I was able to change which card to bill and then just a few mins ago I brought a 12 month sub and put too my CC which went though but then I get a new email saying my billing is messed up …my old 12 month was on a card that is nothing longer in use which was a Debit card…I put this 12 month sub to my CC this time a whole new different card but then I get this email from you right after paying with the CC … Let’s get your billing information updated!

My account page shows my sub is paid to Oct 3 2025 now so what is going on with my account am I paid up or not…I need a straight answer now.
It’s likely perfectly fine, because it looks like these happened very close together,
Billing isn’t instanteous, it takes some time for the payment to be verified and cleared. You got the email saying you bought the sub but if you look on your account payment history or with the bank it very likely said Pending or similar.
In your last post the SFA said the new one would try to bill very soon, so it did and failed. It was likely trying to bill right before you updated cards and it was already too far gone in the process to realize.
If you actually have your game time run out, I believe you were paid up originally thru the 6th, then you can pop in a ticket for support.
But honestly I wouldn’t worry. You sound like you should be fine, you just did the change-the-card too close to the actual billing and the automated email hasn’t caught up.

I hope so after that last mess of losing a mount and pet from a paid 12 month sub and then having to put in a ticket cause of about the same issue cause I had to change cards due to lose of one that paid the 12 month sub I don’t need to go though that again …
That’s not quite how the promotions work. They didn’t take anything away from you that you had paid for.
Each promotion only entitles you to that one set of promotional items. If you are still on a reoccurring sub when the new one rolls out, it will essentially give you access early. Otherwise people would have to wait until their sub renewed before they would receive the latest promotional offer.
If the sub gets cancelled (for any reason) the game will take away the early access mount they gave you. When you resub (and pay the upfront cost) you will get the promotional items back again.
But yeah if your account management page says you’re good through Oct 2025, you should be fine. Just keep an eye on your bank statement and payment history page here to make sure it clears, could take a few hours or a few days.
