I resubbed. Had to kick down 50.00 + 15.00 because the game doesn’t dome with game time anymore? So you can buy a game you can’t even play, makes sense. Within 4 hours my toon of 15+ years gets reported for “Inappropriate name” because it has the word Nut in it. I get a 48 hour suspension. Then they deny me a refund because I played longer than 2 hours. (Probably around 6 just sitting afk most of it) Although the only content I did was vanilla Timewalking. Terrible experience.

It was a bit more than “My name had nut in it”, Swampykong. It was a fairly clear inappropriate compound word, that also included a descriptive word of what you might do to nuts (which aren’t the kind from a tree).
The duration was specifically because this wasn’t a first offense, which means the penalty escalates. You are more than welcome to submit an appeal through the Account Restriction page, but this looks like a valid action.
