Or because his team was dominating the 2nd best team in the world in this tournament with the strongest comp NA. This is the first time everyone I know is sorta unanimously hype about a person win vs. whining let's enjoy that for at least one night.

Mes on his DK had a great showing this tournament. They wouldn't of won without him. He was part of them being the champions. They played the right comp at the end and had the right synergy.

He played DK into what it was good against. Dad cleave is their bread and butter in BfA, so why divert from that?

He did play, just not the final rounds, and when he did play he destroyed.

But I agree, re-tune DK so they're not broken but they're playable again.

I'm not saying it's not better because MO played it insanely well - obviously they did.

But let's not sit here and pretend Cdew took some mid-tier comp to 4-0 in the Grand Finals out of talent alone. He was sitting at like 75-80% mana at 30% dampening against assassination RPS sitting full blind-full sap-full fear without having to use a single CD of his own at times because of how tanky the comp is while still dealing awesome spread pressure, having great CC/utility, outstanding uptime.

You want me to retract strongest comp NA fine we can leave that up for debate but there's zero question for me that it's solidly in that debate.

They went 4-0 in the finals so why change anything? But they did use Mes when they needed him the previous day against Method Black's mage. That was a much better 3-2 series.

Was bummed we didn't get to see Mes play DK in the final games, but at least we saw him in earlier games.

So will you just ignore the fact that chinese team Pen and Paper played TSG almost all tournament and did very well? DK does not blow, i think DK players are just so used to be blatantly OP that when playing DK actually needs some kind of brain activity it is all foreign to you.

The problem is not your class or spec, the problem is that you're just not good at this game. Blizzard can't fix that.

Mea and I were friends back in high school before he moved over to the states. He’s had an insanely high level of skill since Vanilla. I remember playing with him when he grinded out GM on his hunter (Mesmerize). Even back then he was something else. Good to see all his hard work pay off.
