Very nice list, covers everything I’ve seen so far today. Something is very very broken. I hope they take the game down tomorrow and figure out whatever is broken so at least it is remotely playable. Can’t do anything. Mass reports of currencies being voided or not rewarded. All instances unplayable. Vendors being useless… It is kind of insane how much is currently broken today which was not broken yesterday. Whatever was done during the weekly reset brought the game to an unplayable level.

Maybe. The realm time seemed to have a connection with the bugs, but just now one on a central time zone realm time DC’ed and is doing the ‘character with that name already exists’ thing
Just completed a profession quest and it didn’t give me the reward. Then I found out I can’t mount, or cast any spell. Clicking on NPC doesn’t open the dialog window. I couldn’t even log out and when I forcefully close WoW, and try to re-login, the “Character with that name already exists” issue appeared.

another thing is unlike previous TW weeks the vendor from WoD TW is still present.
I personally haven’t seen this one before and thought they were meant to nope out at the end of their respective expansion TW weeks.

They stick around for 24 hours after their week ends. That’s normal.

I can’t even get into Awakening the Machine. At first the earthan wasn’t offering the option for it. I went away and came back and now he just isn’t there at all.
And now I literally can’t logout or close WoW -_-

Dont know if this is mentioned but cannot access Warband bank. It is locked out and states “The bank is being used by another member of your Warband”

Another thing that bugged out for me is the shadowlands 20 Soul quest. I tried turning my 20 souls in but it just bugged out not giving me credit for the 20 nor can i accept a new quest. On my map it says theres a quest waiting but when i talk to the npc, no quest is given.

Torghast is also bugged - once inside unable to cast, hearth. The “Character Stuck” feature does work but you need to remain online with your character while it goes through the process. Thank you, Jooby, for starting this thread!

Bugged 3-4 of us in our raid today before the 1st boss, after the first boss, and after the second boss.
Completed an M+ and didn’t get any crests or valorstones.
Ran some BGs, didn’t get a lick of honor or conquest. Handed a quest in and didn’t get any of the honor or conquest that I was supposed to get…didn’t realize I didn’t even get an Honor from the BGs until after I checked.
This is an absolute mess…and should never have been allowed to go on all day as it has. And we pay for this? Jfc

I was solo’ing Antorus, and after first boss, my character couldn’t do anything other than walk around. I couldn’t even logout. I had to force exit the game, restart, and get on another toon for several minutes due to the first character showing the message “This character already exists” when trying to use him.
THEN, when I was finally able to get back into Antorus on my main toon, the second boss/ Demon Hounds suddenly ran off where I couldn’t reach them as they attacked the NPC’s in the unreachable part of the raid. Never seen that before. Crazy stuff.
OH, and I just had the looting issues in Timewalking dungeons just now where trying to loot on the first boss bricks the entire dungeon. No loot, no progression, no Timewalking badges. Come on, Blizz, wtf.

Some people are reporting not even able to roll for items in LFR. The game is so bugged right now it reminds me of the time when they did the Lich King Pre Patch event where everyone turned to ghouls and I didn’t want to log in

This is the kind of thing that the servers should be immediately taken down to fix.
A bit surprised that nothing has been done or said aside from ‘we know’.

It’s been quite a while since i’ve seen an unscheduled middle-of-normal-hours maintenance - which is a excellent thing…
… but in this case too much of the game is unplayable at the moment. This absolutely deserves a server shutdown to fix rather than postponing til the regular 7am pacific timeslot.

Yeah… this is kinda pathetic, to be honest. Stuff’s been going on for 5+ hours with no word from Blizzard about any kind of investigation or something. Some friends of mine just got locked into Darkheart Thicket for a few because somehow everything suddenly froze for all but one of them. Took 5-10 mins for their characters to disconnect, and they were okay for another 5 mins before it hit again.
