but they have a mage trainer of a horde race in stormwind
and the horde has gnomes in silvermoon and tirasfall as members of the horde that does not mean they are a horde race nor does some high elven people being in the alliance mean its an alliance race these are execptions to the rule not the norm.

the devs dont seem to know what to do with velfs. we still dont have a city nor live in one. we’re just sorta camping out on some rocks floating on the edge of the twisting nether. its all rather bizarre. we need a bio dome or something, at the very least.

I do find that pretty disappointing… I mean, a whole void city in the stars?! Does no one else see how awesome that would be?

That’s if Blizz ends up remembering that they unleashed the Scourge. They could end up a dangling thread like the huge sword.

Ugh I would be so frustrated, there is so much story right there. They did return to Legion. Why not scourge?
although… having dev time set aside for that could potentially mean fewer customizations for everyone and potentially take away from dev time on adding new classes (like belf druid or nelf paladin) or even new functions like player housing. they’ve been cut back so dramatically on their employee pool because of covid, the age of the game and the lawsuits, asking for even a few copy and pastes, seems almost too much. i’m actually worried.
Gods I would love this so much, I love it in FFXIV even with only access to an apartment currently. Housing is something that would definitely allow me to rejoin, AND would have a gigantic potential to breathe life into professions.

well consider a tauren came into the velf thread and yelled at me for having ever asked for helf haircolors because it took dev time away from void-related void elf customizations. as evidence he/she/they pointed out the glowy hands added to the other updates nightbornes received and the fact velfs were the faction equivalent to nightborne and they received no void-related updates, only selfish helfers got anything.
mind you, i am thrilled for the new haircolors. but to suggest that took alot of dev time is scary. if its that bad right now, its worse than i thought. cause i can color swap a texture and save it, in about 5 seconds. eek. probably took the artists 2 minutes to do all the swaps. the rest of dev time would be waiting for it go thru the approval process. i wonder how many people in that approval chain were lost. if its bogged down that bad, chances are we wont be getting anything new for a long time.

If we ever get an expansion where we go to face the void lords, my wish for that expansion is for Telogrus to be built up into a Void Elf floating fortress. Basically a mini-Dalaran themed after the Void Elf heritage armor. I would also want it to be the primary Alliance hub for the expansion.
For such an expansion on the Horde side, I’d want their primary hub to be a similar floating fortress in the style of Suramar, with the Nightborne playing a pivotal role in the Horde getting to wherever it is we’d go to face the void lords.

That would make me very mad and that might be the last straw for me. What happened to the Lich King, the Forsaken, and the Night Elves nearly broke the camel’s back for me.
I know by lore, the Scourge are rampaging across Azeroth and if Blizzard can’t/won’t reflect that in game then I’ll “headcanon” it.

Lol, sometimes it’s best to do that because what you really want to be in game or to happen in game with never happen, I mean for example I like to think of myself as a Holy Warlock so.
