Lips had better deffinition in the old TBC to MoP model. Several expressions on the Belf faces were lost with WoD´s update (heck, males suffered from ducklip syndrome until SL).

Tree: Tree but… .reddish.

Pleasantly accepted that face option 6 allows golden lips though showing a slight frown also.
I’d really like to see every race (male & female) get makeup options of various types, rather than some faces having make up and some not. Human females got makeup options with the initial SL customization pass, so we know it could be done for everyone else.

That reminds me, speaking of Blood Elf faces, I would really like some more variety for the death-knight-exclusive faces for female Blood Elf death knights. The female death knight faces are much more subtle in terms of looking undead than the male faces, which makes them much harder to notice from a distance. Personally, if I’m playing a death knight I want to be able to make them look noticeably undead, and this significant difference between the male and female face options was a big reason I chose to make my Blood Elf death knight male rather than female. This isn’t something exclusive to Blood Elves, and there’s plenty of other death knight things I could go on about, but this is the Blood Elf thread and I mostly play Blood Elves, so I figured I’d mention it here.

Among other things like a second visual theme in the capacity that feels fair for the loss of visual uniqueness we’ve seen.
The easiest immediate thing is letting guys use the jewelry too and it sets a nice precedent for all races to not see accessories locked like that (off the top of my head the same scenario exists on NEs but with the added factor of tattoos which I think only guys can use) stuff like that should be available period to all

The thing. I hate about jewelry customizations is that they have yet to provide in-game models for necklaces and rings on gear. I kind of feel those customizations get in the way of real progress that needs to be added to the game even if it starts with a handful of placeholder models for gear.
That´s one fight we will probably lose, Lann. With the devs literally caving in to the High elf theme on Velves, the Farstrider stuff became a real possibility for them.
I´m just tired on their troll´s perchant to try to pick all the possible venues we have apart just to poach them (green eyes cause MUH warlocks!! golden eyes cause MUH priests and MUH High Elf Paladins while at it!! red eyes cause MUH Ill´gynoth -ignoring they certainly aren´tT vouching to become a giant eyeball while at it as they should; quite the contrary, they always tried to remove the tentacle aspect of the Velves- runic scarifications cause now we aren´t Helves but Belves too!!, and so on…).
I want red eyes for my own reasons (Ra´s Magical Blood irradiation), but considering how the High elf theme was implemented, I´m welcoming on the other “undead” themes to be put on the Belf customization list, after all it´s an easier implementation than a toggle for Forsaken.

lol sounds like trolls are out and about. the only argument that could be made for farstrider tats, is color variant, et. al, blue for velfs, red for belfs. but runic tats? those are pure belf. eyecolor… are there really people asking for gold? thats a troll. void priests use void based heals. green requests - thats a troll. ilgynoth eyes, now i can see an argument for them, though i certainly wouldnt use them
If only were Ill´gynoth eyes… they literally ask the for the red eyes of the Dark Rangers and use “but void can be red too and San´layn can become Alliance exclusive cause they didn´t manage to close the deal with the Horde” as a BS excuse (deliberately ommiting the fact it was the Alliance massacring those San´layn, apparently not closing a deal is more serious than getting killed en masse).
They started using “San´layn” as a reasoning for this until I bursted their bubble pointing to them Fallynn was the one that suggested this eye color for that faction, cause in-game the San´layn have the same ice blue eyes of the Death Knights. Then they resorted to “but MUH Emeral Nightmare raid”… and then it comes my Ill´gynoth comment: sure, get the red eyes AND to become a deformed eyeball while at it.
The runic tats they ask because apparently they are still Belves, they didn´t became Velves no sir!!.
As I told one of them as an answer: if random environmental colors are a good enough justification, then Belves need Orange, Pink and Silver eyes too -as expected, that poster complained regarding the Silver colorcosnidering she was using a NB avatar-.

It´s Zug a.k.a. Uwuwu… problem is, he always finds some support from posters that ignore both his behaviours ANd his actual intentions.
I may have to dig into Lore´s thread for the post in which he literally admitted he suggested this as “revenge” for our resistance to give Belf hair colors to Velves back then. He admitted to that on that thread.
