Go pve and stop caring about farming stats?
Solved!
Hahaha. A+ for style. I play alliance btw…
I have no idea who the hell you’re talking about with these supposed PVE players that hate pvp. You do realize there’s only really 1 raid right now right? All those harcore progression raiders are in the BG’s ranking up for the very best gear when BWL comes out.
Once BWL hits, that will be the end of horde PVP. There will be enough content in the game that the hard core’s can fill their time with on the alliance side. I suggest youremember what a 20 minite queue feels like, because come mid January you’ll be looking at hours.
Hatred? Also, it’s a simple fact. You act disgusting and create a horrible experience, people will quit and you have no one to play against. The horde created this problem themselves. I don’t care if you’re on a PVE server, I’m not blaming you. I’m not even blaming all of the horde on PVP servers. I’m blaming the ones that camped BRM, Light’s Hope, Marshall’s Refuge, Chillwind Point, Morgan’s Vigil, Everlook, and pretty much every flight path outside of that day in and day out. Nothing to do with hatred, just a simple fact, they’re a big reason why the queues are the way they are.
I play Horde and I’m OCE. OCE has always been Alliance dominant, I wasn’t made aware that everyone would decide they’d switch to Horde this time round and doom us all.
I’m happy to roll Alliance to have a better BG experience. It’s a huge shame that I can’t share a good experience with my friends on the Horde.
I did not know what I was getting into, as you have suggested. On launch, Blizzard had only dedicated us one PVP server. Mine and my chosen guild’s plans were thrown into disarray on the very first day of play.
Funny, I was camped by Alliance at BRM and now I wait 40 minutes to fight their terrible premades while I can’t get into a game with any of my friends.
Understand that your personal experiences don’t justify your hatred towards us all.
We’re all frustrated.
Your post is pretty much identical to the one I responded to, just reread my post for my response.
No Horde can make a complaint without an Alliance stating that we did this to ourselves.
We state that we weren’t responsible for their or other similar experiences and in fact were griefed often ourselves.
You say that you don’t mean us specifically but the Horde that wronged you.
Great, now we’re back to step one so that another can shut us down with their misguided hate.
We’re all unhappy by the imbalance. There’s no use blaming each other when we have no control individually on this game as a whole.
Again, what are you talking about with hatred? It’s a fact, many people on many servers (including my own) quit due to the fact that it was impossible to play. In fact there’s several players I have in mind specifically that RUINED my alt’s leveling experience by camping me for literally hours when I was out in the world trying to grind mobs. Complain about queues all you want, I’m telling you who’s responsible, and I’m also telling you, from personal experience playing this game the last two months, that I don’t care. BGs are optional content anyways, and in fact a lot of Alliance are just not queueing up because PVP rewards aren’t worth it.
If you care specifically about AV epics, it’s actually probably the same amount of time as horde as alliance right now, because Alliance is pretty terrible at AV, losing probably 80% of my matches.
I don’t doubt your experiences. It’s unfair to say that we deserve this predicament when I and others weren’t responsible to anything remotely similar to what you suggest.
I’m already exalted, the fact that I can’t queue reliably with my friends has killed my drive to PvP.
Alliance also have a very dominant premade on my realm, so again, your personal experiences isn’t a reflection to us all.
You also write a long and passionate post for someone who doesn’t care. Let go of your bitterness.
Getting camped on a PvP server is literally what you signed up for.
I never once said you deserved it. I simply said the players on your faction contributed greatly. The Alliance dominated Heartseeker and the same behavior was seen there, however battlegrounds are cross-realm and the horde ruined a vast majority of servers. Obviously Blizzard drop the ball hugely on population imbalance, but the players had a pretty large part in ruining the experience for a lot of people.
I don’t think anyone realized the extent it would be, and the general attitude was indifference from people like you, so a lot of people quit.
Which is why Horde outnumber the alliance by a huge margin in PVP queues, and why horde queues are 20 minutes and alliance queues are instantaneous.
Jesus, you’re cringy.
Someone hasn’t visited any Alliance outposts recently. You would see the skeletons and know this isn’t something that will happen-- it already is.
I’ve probably killed over 300 level 51-59 Alliance this week in open world. A healthy extension of Phase 2 is the right medicine for Alliance scum.
This combination of version of AV and honor the way it is, was only in Vanilla for like 1 month
I believe shortly after this version of AV was released they changed honor grind
The pvp aspect of this game will absolutely not be better when Phase 6 happens lol. The gear is going to make damage capabilities of classes go through the roof. If people think pvp imbalance is bad now, wait till Naxx gear.
I am guessing you miss the good ole days of camping FPs in the “real world pvp”? Or perhaps ganking the level 55s in Felwood with your 20 man raids? Poor Horde
BS. Pure BS.
There were posts on the forums, on Reddit, and even content creators on Youtube warning that things were out of balance, and sh1t was about to get real when P2 dropped. You had a decade of empirical data on retail showing that Alliance just plain doesn’t turn up to PvP. They keep upping the bribes to try and get Alliance to turn on War Mode. They invented Mercenary mode in Retail because Alliance don’t queue BGs.
Simply put, Alliance don’t turn up to PvP in the same numbers as Horde do. And too many of the ones that do quickly realize that open world PvP isn’t just 1v1 or 2v1, but is often 1v10, or 1vMurderball. And then they come to the forums and cry.
But when they get here, they don’t get the reception they were hoping for, because the hardcore PvPers tell them to get good, and the PvEers that they called ‘carebears’ who weren’t playing the ‘real game’ are leaning back, roasting marshmallows as they watch the servers burn, with warm feelings of vindication in their hearts.
WSG was the primary way to get honor most of the time, however the ONLY way that works is if you are a pre-made fighting a pug, the problem is that most games are pre-made vs pre-made and unless they are win trading, the games drag out for a while thus making grinding WSG a complete waste of time.
