Had a prot warrior with 45k HP on our team.
After a 10 minute game he had 0 kills, 9 deaths and his total dmg done was 79k
thats not a typo.
79 thousand damage over 10 minutes of gameplay.
thats less than 1k DPS
You enforce a minimum ilvl to Q for random dungeons but why not BG? people go in there naked and often ruin the game for others who actually try.

why is there a gear requirement for pve content but not pvp? this is blizzards fault because they flip flop on gear every expansion.
they spent 2 years teaching players that gear doesn’t matter in legion, just log in and go bananas. now, gear means everything.
if half your team has 200k buffed just peace out and save yourself 15 minutes 
Meh what are you on about? Also pve is for the birds.
Randoms are for everyone and are one method of gearing up. If you want a geared team, do RBG’s.

Remember in school when the teacher made you group with the special kid who was really annoying and struggled with the work?
If you don’t, you were that kid.
Tell that to the twinks and the separation.
Twink and separation was discussed non stop a year ago. Not interested in getting into it again.
We’re also talking about 120 BG’s.
Anyone who rolls in crap gear is just asking for grief…by both the team you are on and the other team as well.
For those who are geared and trying to get their daily CP with a ‘W’, anyone not being geared is just plain rude.
There are quicker and more efficient ways to get semi-geared in days–if not hours elsewhere (WQ’s, world bosses, Nazj/Mecha to name a few). Trying to get it done in PVP tells everyone that such a player is either lazy and/or just not smart: no one wants that person on their team–and will tell you so. People who do this can expect to get called out in both chat and in /tell.
Consider the logical outcome of not being geared:
-Your healers won’t take you seriously and refuse to heal you, just letting you flop time after time.
-You’ll be fresh meat for the other team, until you decide that you have had enough and just chill in the gy and/or abandon the BG.
Fail to see the upside by not investing some time into getting your toon ready.
Well you are only level 110 ? 
And because there is scaling in PvP while none exists in instanced PvE content at max level.
Do some rated Bgs. Pick all the high geared players and see how you do.
Don’t blame those undergeared players. They came to the bg forum and read that gear isn’t what matters.
That there are. A ton of more efficient ways. This is the PvP way though. Random bgs have always been like this. It is the PvP way to get PvP gear. All other modes are boring. I don’t log into a game to be bored.
Instead of giving the player a hard time you guys need to give blizzard a hard time. Tighten scaling and give us vendors back.
Gear slots like the CQ weapon and rings ( from wins in BG) can’t be got elsewhere easily on a fresh 120 toon.

Can easiy get the 400 ilvl trink from just a few quests in Mechagon.
1-2 WQ’s will give you a better ring than fresh 120 gear.
This is telling.
We’re talking minimal investment of time; often less than a few hours–hardly a big thing.
Even with PVP vendors back in Cata, I still got grief for not being geared; its way easier now to be middling-but-not-uber-geared.
A few hours of being bored? Sounds like I’d rather go play something else. Or you k ow spend an extra few hours playing what I like to get semi geared through the content I enjoy.
The point is random bgs are a pvpers way to gear. If you want Uber competitive games where everyone has gear start a yolo rbg group. Yolos can fill quicker than it takes a newbie to get gear.
