the last 2 days actually have been worse than i’ve ever seen it for alliance. and i never usually even care to complain about it. we’ve had plenty of people with Duelist gear on our teams and it still was an auto loss. the IQ of these players just can’t be real.
granted gearing is still faster on Alliance even with losses but the amount of losing is actually absurd.
This is what happens when you can buy carries, you get a bunch of people with titles, gear etc. who have no clue what they’re doing.

I regularly observe rivals/duelists/gladiators in epic BGs that don’t seem to do much damage even with all that gear of theirs.
Some of them literally in the bottom 10 spots on the BG charts despite being 240+ item level (…not many excuses for that). Meanwhile I might be on a lowly 217 Alliance alt and still get in the top 10 “damage done” spots Alliance-side (???), makes no sense 
I get that some of these dudes are just there to afk-farm honor points to upgrade said conquest gear… but a gladiator WW Monk only doing 42k damage in a 30+ minute epic BG? Come on… 
I sometimes see the same thing from well-geared 240+ PvE’ers, but they are less common since they don’t have as much of a need for honor points.
Unfortunately, yet another side-effect of the poorly designed Shadowlands PvP gearing system. All these well-geared 240+ players signing up to epic BGs not to PvP or have fun, but rather for the sole purpose of afk-farming honor points for the next “upgrade tier”

Every time I see you guys and Horde guys are talking strategy pre gates opening I feel bad for them because they don’t know what is about to happen. Poor bastards think we have a chance…

Wouldn’t be 3 - 20 if you party sync into the 59 bracket where everyone’s gear is balanced and compressed to a standard level and you’re not constantly getting clapped by rated arena players
