BG que times

1PM on a Sunday, been in random que for 20 mins. Getting longer all the time now, and the estimation is becoming more and more inaccurate.

Frustrating. Guess I faction change to horde if I want fast ques? Anyone confirm they are still very fast on that side? 20 mins is like the entire time I have to play sometimes and I am sitting on my rear, leveling cooking.

Im not really sure why the bg ques are this long more often than not. I play both factions and horde ques usually just as long as alliance so I am not sure if the que is working as intended or something
