Defend a tower. That’s participating. Don’t have to do damage or healing to defend a tower/bunker until it’s on fire. Run to end, team ends game before you get there. That’s actively trying to participate and their system sees it as not.

AV wins and losses are not based on damage and healing done. You can sit in the field of strife and not participate in objectives but top damage.

Players who AFK in major cities should also be banned, since they are prohibiting other players from playing at this time with queues and with no LFD we are unable to get groups and do anything.

Sorry, I’ve managed to never be suspended or banned in 16 years playing this game. I play the game so I like BGs, I don’t buy gold, I don’t use banned software, funny how it works.
I guess you ignored the part where I said they do offer refunds to those falsely banned? As for mistakes wasting your time, you have quite the battle to fight against every business that has ever existed.

Wrong. A ban wave is the result of many people reviewing different accounts and suspending them at the same time.
And that’s why people get banned for non-participation.
Because people not participating isn’t as fun? That’s how. I join a BG with the expectation that people are playing the game.

If you don’t hit a mob flagged (PvP) in the zerg meta of AV it’s not that hard to accomplish the goals of a max honor game quickly and have 0 offensive stats if you’re stuck defending one of the first objectives.
If you die in these AVs at the wrong time, you can’t escape the enemy lines unless you ghost walk all the way to the other side of the map and hope your side caps a graveyard there. If there are no graveyards for several minutes, you’re literally useless to no fault of your own, since there’s a wall of enemy players between you and the rest of your team.
And by the way, graveyards are always in the capturing state for most of the match.

I guess you can’t comprehend the fact I stated they do not offer lost time for ban appeals?
They also said they are using top of the line server tech., and I for one know 100% that’s a lie. They also said they didn’t sexually harass women in the office, that was proven to be a lie.
A ban wave is not reviewed. It’s reviewed AFTER an appeal.

Then maybe you shouldn’t have been afk at the start and actually helped clear said tower in the first place instead of just running there after others did the work and pretending to be “defending”

I back cap whenever there is few to go, I kill guards and cap GYs, I kill guards / players and cap towers. If I die early I have to play defense and kill players. There is no reasonable excuse to have zero damage or healing in a match. Get a clue.
