Sitting in a tower until it caps and preventing a backcap is 100% participation and there is no arguement here.

vs what. everyone evacuating the area so that a single horide/alliance can ninja it back? I’d rather have my guaranteed honor and help our team win.
thats what tower defending is and in majority of games i played alliance came to try and backcap some were successful some were not
Because loads of the bans were false positives and tons of people got 30 day suspensions less than a month before the new expansion came out. If you think anything about that is good, you’re a trash scumbag and should instead yourself be banned.

That you have been around for a bit.
Last week I was banned due to “Lack of PVP participation” I was playing defense in Dun Baldar towers with another friend (Feral Druid). I was banned for doing so. I appealed it. They just shrugged it off and said it was irreversible.

Because people who were not afking got banned.

Please take the time to read a conversation before jumping in and acting childish. I’ve said several times I hope people who were unjustly banned get their appeals.
That being said, I’m happy the people who deserved it got hit too
Losing SHB or IWB to a single back capper can easily cost the game. Should it be the honor system that no one back caps, lest people on the opposing team risk being banned? Truly delusional.
There is a thread like this on RD. Some people even have screenshot at the end showing the total damage they do or healing and got ban. Me think blizzard AI have some weird coding to it or something.

I do think it is an error and people will be unbanned. Hoping that the attention this thread is getting will provoke a bit of urgency.

- How do you know they were not AFK?
- The policy violation in “non-participation”, it includes AFK, but also things that not explicitly AFK.
Awkward, well you’ll probably get unbanned since you had damage done every AV.

No wonder I lost over half my games this weekend if there are THAT many clueless people that believe you shouldn’t defend a tower after you cap it LOL!
