Battle for Azeroth is Awful, I am not satisfied with my purchase, I demand a money refund.
Give me back my money and take your awful BFA expansion back.
First, forums are not a contact point to a GM. Use the Support link at the top of the page and use the Refund option under Billing.
Second, don’t hold your breath if it’s been a while since you purchased it. If you have any 120s, it’s almost a guaranteed no.
That you’ve unlocked one of the allied races will most likely result in a definite no. But it still never hurts to ask.

I’m sorry, Corsair, but we do not generally provide refunds outside of an extremely limited window of time. The fact that you have leveled above 110 is a clear indication that you have exceeded that. I’m sorry if you are not enjoying the content, but we will be unable to provide a refund.
If you would like to provide feedback on the content you are welcome to do so, general game play feedback can be posted in the General Discussion forum. I would recommend providing a bit more insight into what you dislike. “Awful” is not a very good descriptor, so listing what you dislike and what you’d like to see instead would be most helpful.
